Copyright

Last updated October 12, 2026

Hodolog is a travel planner run by Orangiraffe LLC. We respect other people's rights and ask everyone who uses Hodolog to do the same. This page says how to tell us about material you believe infringes your copyright, and what we do about it.

How to send a notice

If you are a copyright owner, or act for one, and believe something on Hodolog infringes your copyright, send our designated agent a written notice with all of these (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (or that of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.
  3. A description of the material you say infringes, and where it is on Hodolog (the address of the page, or enough detail for us to find it).
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

A notice that leaves out an item may not be acted on. Knowingly sending a false notice can make you liable for damages.
